| The journey these girls endured was one that all Christians face at one time or another in their lives. We question our faith and if God has forsaken us. Through our many trials and tribulations we sometimes feel alone, but truly this book reveals God's love for us and even in the midst of our storm, he is still with us, giving us the strength to continue when we feel like giving up and throwing in the towel. | This story was a disappointment. I felt that the sisters in this story experienced too much hardship to be believed. It seemed that at every single turn something bad happened. I have read this book awhile ago, but the story still stays in my mind. The book makes you hungry for GOD. It is very well written.
You do not feel that the writer is preaching even though she is doing it all along. Like Francine Rivers, she is talented to create beautiful scenes with GOD in center of the story.
I will have to buy this book for my keepsake to put on my shelf. One of the best books in my opinion by Lynn Austin.
