Item Description...
Product Description Studio: Genius Products Inc Release Date: 10/05/2004 Run time: 30 minutes Rating: Nr
Outline Kids will enjoy this half-hour Sesame Street video, in which the whole gang takes a piano up to the roof and sings some of their favorite songs. But they are frequently interrupted by workmen Biff and Sully, who keep tuning in songs on their TV (only to knock the antenna out of whack). The blend of people and puppets is charming, and the bits culled from the TV show add to the fun. A pair of highlights: Ernie sitting in his bathtub singing the big hit, "Rubber Ducky," and Bert (in a magical bit of puppetry) dancing and singing "Doing the Pigeon." --Marshall Fine

 | A very good transaction. Jan 7, 2008 |
This item was just as advertised and delivered in good time. The little one loves it, as well.
My thanks to the Seller. | | | | Sing Along Sesame Rocks Oct 30, 2007 |
| I remember watching this when I was a kid, and now my son and I watch it together. Madeline Kahn singing "sing what I sing" is priceless. | | | | Wonderful for toddlers who love music Jul 15, 2007 |
| My child loves this video! She loves music and loves the songs on this video. We enjoy it as well and have yet to tire of it, after repeated viewings. It is true that it doesn't have as much of the muppets on it as you might expect, and there is no Elmo, but if you grew up with Sesame Street (when Kermit was still a reporter, and there was no Elmo or Zoe), this is a wonderful walk down memory lane that you can enjoy with your kids. | | | | My son loves this thing Feb 17, 2007 |
This is a great classic video. It dates from the mid nineteen-eighties with human characters I remember from when I was a kid, but it holds up wonderfully. It could be appreciated by fans of the classic show. The best clip is probably the one of Madeline Kahn and Grover singing the "Echo song". It also includes Olivia and Linda doing a singing and signing rendition of "Sing", the tolerance anthem "My Name is You", the original "Rubber Duckie" and "Doin' the Pigeon" and finally a fun version of "What's the Name of that Song" as well as some sing along songs with the group at the piano. The best thing is that my 19 month old enjoys it so much as well. He stands in front of the tv and tries his best to sing with Big Bird and the rest. Very cute. For parents of small kids who like their videos repeated over and over again, this one is some fun for its nostalgia value and will be enjoyed by the kids as well. | | | | Love the episode- hate the ad Jun 19, 2006 |
| My kids like this one, because it has lots of music, but not being able to skip or fast forward through the ad at the beginning of teh DVD is a real turn-off. My kids do not care that the purchsase of this video supports Sesmae Street- and neither do I anymore. I have stopped purchasing Sesame Street DVDs because of the blocking of fast forward during the initial ad. Its just too annoying. | | | Write your own review about Sesame Street - Sing Along
