| We belong to a Community Supported Agriculture share program (CSA) and get a box full of farm fresh veggies weekly. Included are veggies I have no idea how to cook. I got this book and I have been able to use all of the veggies and come out looking like a gourmet chef! The recipes are truly unique and delicious! Jodi Liano combines shallots, red pepper flakes, smoked sweet paprika, honey and lemon to create her Caramelized Cauliflower dish! (my husband gave this one a 10++++) And her Vinegar-Glazed Brussels Sprouts with Chestnuts and Walnut Oil were absolutely delicious!
